Refund Policy For Items Collected From The Shop
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
What Do I Do If I Do Not Like An Item And Wish To Return It?
We are sure you will love your item, but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 7 days from receipt of the item, with the details of your order and we will help you with your return. Please note that you will need to cover the cost to return your item to us.
What Do I Do If I Wish To Exchange An Item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days, simply contact us and we will give you details to return the item(s) to us (at your cost). Once we receive the item back safely, we will be able to process your exchange.
How Long Will It Take For My Refund To Be Processed?
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 7 working days from us receiving your items safely returned. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
