To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
What Do I Do If I Wish To Exchange An Item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days, simply contact us and we will give you details to return the item(s) to us (at your cost). Once we receive the item back safely, we will be able to process your exchange.
What Do I Do If I Do Not Like An Item And Wish To Return It?
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we have a 'no quibble' return policy. You have a right to cancel in writing any order placed on our website up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt. Simply contact us and we will give you details to return the item(s) to us (at your cost).
As long as we receive the returned item unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition that you received it, we'll refund it.
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 14 working days from us receiving your items safely returned. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
